Newtonian Science Counselling Institute(NSCI), registered with HMG Nepal in 1998, has been a leading company in the field of educational counseling , specially for Medical Education in top ranked "key medical universities" in China. NSCI has been the authorized representative of West China Center of Medical Sciences, Sichuan University (Formerly known as West China University of Medical Sciences) since the year 2001.
